What is worth having ready
None of this is required to write to us. But if you already have it, the first reply stops being generic and becomes an actual quote.
- What your business sells and to whom, in one sentence
- If you already have a site, its address; if not, your Instagram
- Two or three sites you like, even from another industry
- Whether you have a logo and photos, or that needs solving too
- When you need it, if there is a real date involved
What happens after you write
- We reply with specific questions, not a catalogue. Usually three or four.
- With that we tell you which kind of site fits and what it costs. If the list price does not cover your scope, we say so here and not at the end.
- If you are still interested, we fix price and timeline in writing. Only then is the first 50 % paid.
If it is not for us, we say so
Some projects do not fit: budgets that will not cover what is needed, scopes somebody else solves better, or businesses that do not need a website yet. We would rather say it in the first message than charge for something that is not going to work.
