When the page isn’t the issue, the process is.
For businesses doing by hand, every day, something a computer could do on its own: quoting, confirming availability, charging, moving data from one place to another.
At some point the bottleneck stops being finding clients and becomes serving them.
At some point the bottleneck stops being finding clients and becomes serving them. Someone answers the same message twenty times a day. Someone copies orders from WhatsApp into a spreadsheet. Someone checks by hand whether there’s stock for Saturday. None of it is hard; it just takes the hours of the person who should be selling.
The answer is putting the process inside a system: prices visible, orders arriving with every detail, and the team seeing in one place what’s committed and for when. That’s what we did with AlegraFest, which went from building every order by hand on WhatsApp to receiving it complete from its catalog (items, dates, zone and venue) in a dashboard that flags items already booked.
We start with the process, then the screen. The first days go into understanding how your operation really works today, because a well understood process is the one that automates well. From there comes a proposal by modules, with what goes in the first delivery and what can wait.
Does any of this sound familiar?
What we do, in working order
We start with the process, then the screen.
Survey of the current process, mapping where time goes
Proposal by modules: what goes in the first delivery and what can wait
A custom built system with no per user licences
Admin dashboard so your team manages data and prices on its own
Integrations where needed: card payments, email, WhatsApp, your accounting
Team training and support through the first month of real use
Source code in your GitHub account, just like our websites
Two sizes. Most start with the first
The final price is fixed in writing before we start, based on the survey of the process. A custom system is designed from scratch for your operation; an online store is a known product that repeats, which is why they’re priced differently.
Prices are set in Dominican pesos. Dollar figures are approximate, at RD$59 per US$1 (September 2026).
About software and automation
What does automating my process cost?
Automating one process starts at RD$185,000 and a complete system at RD$390,000. The exact figure comes from the survey: the process is split into modules, each module has its working days, and before you sign anything you see the breakdown with the days for each one.
Do I have to replace the system I already use?
Rarely. Usually we keep what already works and automate what surrounds it. If you keep your accounts in software that serves you, the new system sends it the data instead of replacing it.
Is this the same as an online store?
No, even if they look alike. An online store sells products through a known flow: catalog, cart, payment. A custom system exists because your process has its own logic: you rent by dates, quote by square metres, take a deposit and the rest later, or the price depends on three variables. If yours fits catalog and cart, an online store is the right fit.
How does the system grow over time?
On the same base. The code is in your GitHub account from day one, documented, so each new process adds to what already works, with us or with the developer you choose.
How much does a website cost in the Dominican Republic?
It depends on the type, and these are entry prices: a single-section landing page, from RD$35,000; a complete corporate site, from RD$85,000; an online store with card payments, from RD$165,000. Those prices cover most projects of each kind. If yours needs more scope than the package includes, we tell you before quoting, and the final price is fixed in writing before you pay anything.
How long does it take to have my site ready?
Seven business days for a landing page, fifteen for a corporate site and thirty for an online store, counted from the moment we receive your text and images. If the content arrives later, the date adjusts, and we tell you that on day one.
Is the site in my name?
Yes. You receive the complete source code in your own GitHub account and the site is deployed under an account in your name. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you take everything with you and any developer can carry on. Your site stays online on its own, with no monthly fee to us.
Does it include the domain and the hosting?
We set both up in your name and hand you the credentials, but the accounts are yours and you pay for them directly. A .com domain costs between RD$700 and RD$2,500 a year, and hosting for the sites we build usually comes out free or under RD$1,200 a month depending on traffic. That way the accounts are yours from day one.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. The corporate and store packages include a panel where you change text, photos, products and prices without touching code, plus video training for your team. On the landing page we make the content changes for you during the first month.
Tell us what your team does by hand every day.
That’s enough for us to tell you what can be automated and where to start.
