AlegraFest
Infrastructure and furniture rental for social and corporate events. Over twenty years in business and a thousand events delivered, without an online store where the client could see what was available and what it cost.
Measured on alegrafestrd.com in production on 28 August 2026, on an uncached load. These are figures from one specific measurement, not an average score: you can open the site and check them yourself.
The problem
AlegraFest had the business sorted and the digital presence unsorted. Every quote started the same way: the client wrote on WhatsApp to ask what furniture was available and what it cost, and someone on the team typed out by hand the same answer they had given the day before. In high season that turns into a bottleneck that costs events.
At the same time, a good part of the demand in Punta Cana comes from outside the country, in English and planning months ahead. With no public catalogue and no English version, that demand simply never found the company.
What we built
Packages with the full price published
In event rental the price hides behind a form. AlegraFest publishes the fixed price of each complete setup — how many tables for sixty guests, how many chairs per table and what the whole thing costs — which is the figure you actually budget with. The catalogue shows all 64 pieces with photos and measurements, and the price sits where it means something.
A page per type of event
Tent rental, beach wedding furniture, corporate events and chair rental each have their own page. Someone searching for "tent rental Punta Cana" lands on that page directly, not on a generic home page.
A full English version
Punta Cana sells to an audience that plans from outside the country. The whole site is available in English under its own route, not through a machine translator layered on top.
Admin panel
The AlegraFest team changes prices, uploads photos, adjusts inventory and reviews orders from their own panel, without writing to us. Every rate change used to go through a developer; now it is done by whoever knows the price.
Online card payments
Checkout connected to CardNet, the Dominican processor. The account is in AlegraFest name, so the money from every order goes straight to their bank without passing through us at any point.
Cart and customer account
The visitor builds their order, saves it and comes back to it later. For a rental business where the list is decided over several days, that is the difference between a quote and an abandoned cart.
Content guides
A guides section that answers what people ask before renting. It is the part that brings search traffic months after publishing, without paying for each visit.
Analytics and session recordings
Google Analytics and Clarity configured from launch, with custom events for the actions that matter to the business. Without that you cannot tell which page brings orders and which only brings visits.
What happened next
According to AlegraFest
- More than 30 rentals closed in the first month with the site live.
- Orders come in on their own: nobody has to answer the chat to close one any more.
- The team saves time changing prices and inventory from the panel, without asking us.
Figures the client gave us, not measured by us. We publish them with their permission and kept apart from the measurements above, which you can verify yourself.
What the client took away
The complete source code, in their own account, and the site deployed under their name. AlegraFest does not pay us a monthly fee to stay online and does not depend on us to carry on: any developer can open the repository and keep working. It is the same condition we deliver every project under, and the reason this site is not a rental.

If you answer the same questions on WhatsApp every day, that is work your site should be doing for you. Tell us what you sell and we will tell you what you need and what it costs.
