Landing Pages
Single-page sites built for one specific action.
A landing page has one job: convert the visitor who arrived from an ad or from your Instagram bio. Anything that does not push towards that action is in the way, which is why a good landing usually has fewer sections than the client expects at the start.
In the Dominican Republic that action is almost always opening WhatsApp. So the button is not buried at the bottom: it is visible from the first scroll, with the message already written so the conversation starts with context instead of a blank chat. The form is there for whoever prefers to type, and it reaches your inbox directly.
We leave Google Analytics configured and, if you are going to spend on ads, the Meta pixel — without it you cannot know which ad brought which client, or optimise a single campaign.

About landing pages
Is a landing page useful if I already have Instagram?
It is useful precisely because of that. Instagram only lets you link to one place from your bio, does not tell you who clicked, and does not let you install a pixel to re-optimise your ads. The landing is where you turn that borrowed traffic into clients of your own.
Can I have several landings for different campaigns?
Yes, and it is usually a good idea: one landing per campaign converts better than a generic one. Each additional landing on the same base design costs RD$15,000, because the work comes down to adapting text and images. If the new campaign needs a different design, it is quoted as a new landing and we tell you before starting.
How much does a website cost in the Dominican Republic?
It depends on the type, and these are entry prices: a single-section landing page, from RD$35,000; a complete corporate site, from RD$85,000; an online store with card payments, from RD$165,000. Those prices cover most projects of each kind. If yours needs more scope than the package includes, we tell you before quoting, and the final price is fixed in writing before you pay anything: no costs appear halfway through the project.
How long does it take to have my site ready?
Five business days for a landing page, twelve for a corporate site and twenty for an online store, counted from the moment we receive your text and images. If the content arrives late, the deadline moves; we tell you that on day one so there are no surprises.
Is the site really mine, or am I renting it?
It is yours. You receive the complete source code in your own GitHub account and the site is deployed under an account in your name. If tomorrow you decide to work with someone else, you take everything with you and any developer can carry on. We do not charge monthly rent to keep it online, and nothing switches off if you stop paying us.
Does it include the domain and the hosting?
We set both up in your name and hand you the credentials, but the accounts are yours and you pay for them directly. A .com domain costs between RD$700 and RD$2,500 a year, and hosting for the sites we build usually comes out free or under RD$1,200 a month depending on traffic. We do it this way so you never depend on us to stay online.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. The corporate and store packages include a panel where you change text, photos, products and prices without touching code, plus video training for your team. On the landing page we make the content changes for you during the first month.
