This page explains what valtodigitalrd.com collects, what it is used for and how to exercise your rights. It describes what the site actually does, not a template.
Who processes your data
Valto Digital, a web development agency based in the Dominican Republic. For anything related to your data, write to valtodigitalrd@gmail.com or to WhatsApp +1 849-460-1092.
Data you give us
The contact form asks for your name, email, business name, phone, approximate budget and your message. Everything except name and email is optional.
That content is emailed to our inbox through Resend, the service that delivers the message, and is kept for as long as the conversation lasts and as long as needed to handle a later claim. It is never sold or shared, and it is not used to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Data collected automatically
If you accept analytics, the site loads these tools:
- Google Analytics 4: page views, traffic source and approximate device data. Processed by Google.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymously records how the page is used (movement, clicks and scrolling) to find confusing parts. Processed by Microsoft.
- Meta Pixel: measures which visits come from Instagram and Facebook ads. Processed by Meta.
If you decline
None of those three tools load: the site does not even request their files. The only thing stored is our own cookie with your choice, so we do not ask again for six months.
The site works exactly the same with or without analytics.
Changing your mind
This button clears your choice and brings the notice back so you can decide again. Withdrawing permission takes exactly what giving it took: one click.
Where the site is hosted
The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs technical request data — IP address and browser type — to serve pages and protect them from abuse. That is an operational log, not marketing.
Links to other sites
The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons and the project links lead to third-party sites with their own policies. Once you leave valtodigitalrd.com, this policy no longer applies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, for corrections or for deletion. Write to valtodigitalrd@gmail.com and we answer within a reasonable time, usually a few days.
In the Dominican Republic the applicable framework is Law 172-13 on personal data protection. If you write from Europe or from a US state with its own privacy law, we handle access and deletion requests all the same.
Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not ask for and do not want data from minors.
Changes
If the tools the site uses change, this page is updated and the date above changes with it.
